Directions to install was a bit backwards but final results was outstanding! I love the product and even went back to buy couple more! Perfect with jacuzzi and looks amazing!

Great, lots of parts and screws but with patience all went together well and it works great. It is really nice to look at when lit at night. One thing the manual left out was that there are two bottom legs that have an additional two machined screw holes in them. It never mentions where to install them. They should go in the rear back left and right as this is where the gas tank bar is mounted that has the safety strap attached to it. The glass tube could be tighter at the top but only rattles when your moving it. All in all pretty nice though and would recommend but keep in mind this type of heater does not seem to put out the same amount of heat as the traditional restaurant type heaters you normally see. But that's why we bought one of each...

The initial reviews are on the money -- many of the screws are already in the item and have to be removed and then used. We also have plenty of screws leftover which was generous of the manufacturers. We purchased this in November when it started to get cold. Had friends over to social distance in Northern California -- it got down to 41 degrees outside, however we were able to stay outside until midnight comfortably (with a light jacket and blanket too - its not summer) but we are grateful to have purchased these at a good price.

The build quality for the price paid is good. Assembly is difficult in some areas, fasteners that are hard to get at, and the instructions are somewhat vague. Aesthetically, this unit is very nice. If you want more heat output over a wider area, the umbrella type units without the glass tube do a better job.
