Good heater but it came missing important screws that attach the cylinder to the base. Called support and after being sent to a different #, was told that something would ship out but it never did, and even after a follow-up, never got anything. Had to go get the hardware myself. Heater turned out to be solid but it's been a significant bother. And my first review was not published because it did "not meet guidelines"??? If this one gets rejected, I'll find a more serious way to raise a complaint against this business. Reviews are critical.

We have only used ours once so far but we were very pleased with the heat out put. So comfortable with it our neighbors ordered one also. It came packaged very well. Fairly easy to put together. Directions did have a few places where it seemed they could’ve been more clear or something should've been done before another step but with one reading the directions and another putting together it took only about a half an hour. Sturdy and just like the restaurants. Pay attention to where you want your front side to be cause after you bolt everything down it’s a pain to change it. We thought it was a very good price for the product.

This patio heater is so much nicer than the models we saw in the big box stores. You can see the quality difference. We’ve only used it once so far, but it fired right up and put out enough heat that we actually sat outside one evening when it was only 46F. It’s a beautiful addition to our new patio and works great!

Exactly as advertised. Well made, easy to assemble and works great!

Assembled fairly quickly with my 9yr old helping me. Very logical assembly, good instructions. Every part arrived without damage except the hood. That was slightly bent but the metal is thin and I was able to bend it back into almost perfect shape. Lit right up when I first tried. Puts out A LOT of heat. We are ready for the cool temps now!
