  1. How do I create a Belleze Account?

Creating an account with us is easy and free. All you need is a valid email address. Click here to create an account.

  1. How do I change my account information?

To change your account information, such as payment information, password, or address book, simply log in to your account here. Update your information by selecting the ‘Account Settings’ options under categories.

  1. How do I register to receive special offers?

Good question! As soon as you create an account with a valid email, you are already signed up to receive special offers. You can opt-out at any time.

  1. What should I do if I forget my password?

No problem. Just go to ‘forgot your password’ on our login page, at which point you’ll be prompted to enter your registered email. Shortly after, you’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.

  1. How do I unsubscribe?

Belleze will only use your address to give you periodic information so you can stay up to date with us. Additionally, we use your email to confirm the status, the shipment of your order, and to respond to any of your online inquiries. To unsubscribe, click the ‘unsubscribe’ button located at the bottom of each email. You will be taken off our list immediately.

 

Order Information

  1. Do I have to register before I order?

You don’t have to register before you order from Belleze. You have the option to use direct checkout without creating an account. But keep in mind, you run the risk of not hearing about special offers and new arrivals!

  1. Can I make changes to my cart?

Easily! Click on the ‘My Cart’ icon at the top of the page and you’ll be able to review your items and edit your cart. Use the ‘+’ button to stock-up on your favorite items, or the ‘-‘ if you’ve selected too many. Use the ‘x’ button to remove an item entirely.

  1. How do I cancel my order?

Keep in mind, you can not cancel an order once it’s processed for shipment. To cancel an order, sign in to your account and select the order that you want to cancel. From here, choose to cancel individual items or the entire order. We will send you an email to let you know if the cancelation was successful. If not, you’ll have to wait for the order to arrive, contact our Customer Service team, and they’ll be happy to assist you with the rest!

  1. What if I receive the wrong item?

Our apologies! If this happens, please contact us immediately with the following information so we can make it right:

  • order number
  • incorrect item received
  • the correct item ordered

  1. What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

While we do our best to package our products so they’re safe for delivery, damages are rare but do occur. Please keep all of your materials and contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

  1. How do I check my order status?

To check your order status, simply log in to your account. You’ll be able to see each individual order that you’ve placed with us. Select the one you want and you’ll be provided with detailed information about the order. You will receive a notification email when your order is on the way.

 

Payment and Discounts

  1. Will there be a sales tax added to my order?

A sales tax will only be applied if your order is shipping to California and/or South Carolina. If your order is being shipped to any other US state, no sales tax will be added.

  1. Which payment methods do you accept?

Belleze accepts all major credit cards, (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). For your convenience, we also accept PayPal as a payment option.

  1. How do I find discount coupons?

Once you sign up with Belleze using your valid email, we’ll email you on a regular basis with the latest news, specials, and promotions. Please note, limited release items are excluded from all promotions. We reserve the right to reconcile your order when a discount is applied to such an item. Certain promotions will have brand and/or category exclusions. Thanks for understanding!

  1. How do I use a promotional code?

Once you're ready to check out, you’ll see a box that says, ‘Discount Codes’. Add your discount code into this box and click ‘APPLY’ to apply your discount!

  1. Why is the discount code not working?

Check the expiration date on your discount code. Remember, only one discount applies per order.

 

Shipping Information

  1. How long will it take for my order to ship?

Belleze usually takes one business day to arrange the shipping for your order. However, during the holiday season and due to Covid-19, you can expect your order to ship approximately 2-3 business days after being placed.

  1. How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

Shipping is free at Belleze.

  1. Do you ship internationally?

No, we don’t offer international shipping. We only ship within the continental United States. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

  1. Will you ship to a P.O. Box?

We, unfortunately, can’t ship orders to a P.O. Box. Thanks for understanding!

 

Returns and Exchanges

  1. What is your return policy?

You can return anything from Belleze within 30 days of the delivery date, provided you retain all packing materials, the product is in 100% resalable condition, and you have your original proof of purchase.

  1. How do I return an item?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed when you shop with Belleze Furniture! If for any reason you’re unhappy with your order within thirty days of receiving it, please contact our Customer Service department. We will be happy to initiate a return authorization on your behalf. Your refund will be processed once we receive your product.

  1. If I need to return an item, do I have to pay the postage?

Yes, you are responsible for postage back to our warehouse.

  1. Can I exchange the product?

No, we do not offer exchanges.

 

Product Information

      1. I previously ordered a product from belleze.com, but can no longer find that product on your website. What happened?

If you cannot locate a previously ordered item, it may have been discontinued, renamed, or replaced. If you have any questions about the product that you ordered, please CONTACT US.

      1. What if the product that I am looking for is not available or out of stock?

If the product that you are looking for is not available on bellezefurniture .com or have any questions about the product you have seen, please CONTACT US.

If the product that you are looking for is temporarily out of stock on belleze.com, please enter your e-mail address for the product that you are looking for and get notified when it is back in stock.

      1. Can I get replacement assembly instructions?

Please contact us immediately at CONTACT US to get the instructions.

      1. How can I get product manual if it is missing in my order?

In most situations, you may find the product manual on belleze.com, and you may directly download the manual from bellezefurniture.com. If you can’t find it on bellezefurniture.com, please contact us immediately at CONTACT US.

      1. What happens if my order arrives damaged or missing parts?

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. While we do our best to package products for safe delivery, sometimes damages may occur. Please keep all of your materials and CONTACT US immediately to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

      1. How do I submit a Product Review?
  • Visit belleze.com and browse to the product you purchased
  • Scroll down below the product description.
  • Locate and click Write a review.
  • Complete the form that appears on the screen.

We will publish approved reviews on our site within 48 hours. All submitted reviews become the licensed property of belleze.com. To ensure belleze.com reflects the general customer consensus of any product review submission, belleze.com reserves the right to disapprove any submission without notice.

 

Product Warranty and Maintenance

  1. What is Belleze Warranty?
    All products sold on belleze.com carry a "1 Year Warranty" unless otherwise specified. The warranty starts from the day of delivery. All products are required to be registered with Belleze within 100 days from the day of delivery to enjoy the limited lifetime warranty.
    • What is covered by the warranty? 
      • Missing parts
      • Damaged/Defective Products upon arrival and under normal use
      • Warranty will cover the item for repair or replace in the event including but not limited to:
    • Office chairs: faulty hydraulic pumps, broken wheels;
    • Barstools & Patio Benches: rusting;
    • Dining Chairs: Legs break under normal use;
    • TV stands: broken hinges, missing hardware, defective parts causing the item to not be assembled, warped/peeling of wood, non-flushed installation;
    • Ottomans: Leg set not screwing in, fabric discoloration, and fabric tears, broken hinges;
    • Patio Heaters: faulty starters, damaged hoses;
    • Recliner Chairs: no longer able to recline;
    • Patio Sets: damaged/undone wicker;
    • Patio umbrellas: breakage in rope/crank, rusting;
    • Barn Doors: Warp wood
      *All Warranty claims are subject to a case by case evaluation.

2. How do I get a lifetime warranty for my product?
You must register the product within 100 days from the day of delivery here to enjoy the Limited Lifetime Warranty.

3. Do I need to pay extra for Limited Lifetime Warranty?
No, Limited Lifetime warranty is completely free. However, all products are required to be registered with Belleze within 100 days from the day of delivery to enjoy the Limited Lifetime Warranty. 

4. Does Limited Lifetime Warranty cover the cushions of my outdoor furniture?
Outdoor furniture accessories only cover 1 Year Warranty and are excluded from Limited Lifetime Warranty.

5. My product has been discontinued, am I still covered by a warranty?
If the product is discontinued, the same amount of store credit that can only be redeemed on Belleze website will be given.

6. How do I file a claim?
Provide the order details including name or email, order number and photos documenting damages (if applicable) to us by:
